I use this plan to have cooked chicken available in the freezer.

I buy trays of boneless, skinless chicken thighs. My store sells a package of about 8 thighs. One tray fits nicely in my blue speckled roasting pan.

I turn on the oven and set it to 300 F.

I put the chicken in my roasting pan, put in water about a quarter inch deep and sprinkle on spices. …
