Today is Memorial Day in the United States. It is a day to remember and honor the men and women who died in military service defending our country. I have put my American flag out today in their honor.
If you have lost a family member or someone in your life you have my condolences. All my family members have returned from wars back to the Civil War, although one has severe injuries he will carry the rest of his life.

US federal funds awarded to spur SMR deployment. Site development work may be an opportunity.

Eight companies have been selected in a $94 billion federal cost-sharing program. Half the money is for site selection and development work that has not yet happened. This article names the recipients and the scope of their projects.

Ford Energy splits from BlueOval SK in Kentucky, restructures EV business.

Ford Motor Company and SK On had a joint venture company they have now dissolved, BlueOval SK. It owned two factories, one in Kentucky and one in Tennessee. Each parent company took one in the settlement. Ford’s is the Kentucky location. The Kentucky plant will be the source of stationary batteries for the new Ford Energy business.
