Site development skills for solar transfer to Small Nuclear Reactors

The publicity about solar-sourced electricity and Small Nuclear Reactors focuses on the cost of the electric energy kWh and power kW that will be generated. There are projections into the future about what will be built.
But where is it exactly they will be built? Identifying those places and getting all the purchase agreements, leases, and permits signed is a major undertaking.
I take it as a hopeful sign that activity in finding locations is being emphasized.
My career has been in energy project development, not power plant site development, but I can attest to the fact that many hours and many dollars are spent in this work. In my fieldwork I always carried a clipboard, camera, flashlight, and measuring tape. I usually used them all.
I included a link to article in a publication of the American Nuclear Society which describes how one company with project development skills used for solar farms is now offering its services to find locations for Small Nuclear Reactors.
Here is how Greenex describes its skill set:
“Geenex is a leading early-stage developer of utility-scale solar, battery storage and advanced nuclear energy projects. By focusing on strategic site selection, strong community partnerships, and environmentally responsible design, Geenex has filed more than 12GW of energy projects in PJM since 2012. Geenex works with landowners, communities, and industry partners to create projects that deliver reliable power supply resources and lasting economic benefits.”
