The National Power Production Credit
Three-tenths of a cent per kWh, subject to limits
In my reading this week I happened across the Nuclear Power Production Credit. It is for three tenths of a cent per kWh for tax year 2024, subject to a limit of $125 million per MW, which is your MW allocation in the National Megawatt Capacity Limitation (NMCL). You file for it on IRS form 7213. This credit is authorized through 2033 and the rate is indexed to inflation. Here is the form. The instructions explain conditions and limits.
